					<description>The law isn't inadequate in so far as it does what it was made to do, that is make us more aware of our sin and in turn more aware of our need for a Saviour. But as for providing eternal life and righteousness before God then certainly it's inadequate!

Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin.&quot; (Romans 4:19-20)</description>
