					<description>There is great potential for influence in policy in parliamentary democracies, because vocal minorities can express ideas publically which can then gain the ascent of the wider populous and the law-makers without all those others buying into the whole &quot;philosophy&quot; of the said vocal minority.

Whether this is enough attain the levels of adherence to the Word of God that the Bible suggests is unlikely, but is certainly the most obvious first step forward from where we are, in my opinion!

How about a more miraculous route, such as the Jospeh or Daniel example... supernatural wisdom recognised by the powers-that-be and promoted to executive positions?</description>
