Together with its sequel, this book by Arthur Wallis helped me and many others get started building on a good foundation for the Christian life

The first in series of four books analysing contemporary Western society and loss of theological substance in the church to meet the issues. Good on analysis, but weak on response.

A devotional classic on knowing God and understanding his attributes
Paul, the Spirit, and the People of God
Excellent book on the Holy Spirit, especially at understanding his role from the perspective of the end times
Partly Right
By Tony Campolo, the full title reads 'We have met the enemy and they are Partly Right' and this great book teaches us that there are some insights into God's truth out there in the world and we should beware being dismissive and confrontational.
The Pursuit of God
One of the most significant books I've read, it makes you more hungry for God
